    Absolutely. You can enjoy our tours with the added convenience of complimentary pickup and drop-off services within Rovaniemi (city area) at no extra cost.

    Absolutely. We offer a full refund for all our tours if they are canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.

  • What clothing should I wear?

    We provide a winter overall during the tour but not boots or hats. Ensuring you're dressed in cozy and comfortable attire is key to enhancing your tour experience. Dress warmly in layers, including thermal clothing. We recommend bringing gloves, a hat, and a scarf to stay comfortable in the cold weather.

    You can easily book any of our tours directly on our website, provided you do so at least 12 hours before the tour's departure. If you wish to make a reservation within the 12-hour window, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly.

    To streamline our booking process, we've implemented a convenient two-step payment system. To confirm your reservation, we kindly request a 25% deposit payment at the time of booking. The remaining 75% can be settled upon your arrival (1 day prior to the tour). Alternatively, you have the option to make the full payment when you initially book.
